CAN I USE THE THEMES / TEMPLATES IN MULTIPLE SITES?
Yes, as long as they’re sites run by a single person or entity. Support and automatic updates (if applicable) will be available for one site/domain only.
CAN I UPLOAD MY OWN LOGO?
Yes, you can upload your own logo image easily. Recommended sizes are detailed in the theme’s customizer.
WHAT HOSTING DO YOU RECOMMEND?
SiteGround and Flywheel are my top choices, they’re affordable and user-friendly, and the support is super fast.
WHERE CAN I REGISTER MY DOMAIN?
I recommend comparing the prices and renewal plans between Namecheap and Name.com, both companies offer a great service and the dashboard is easy to use.
HOW DO YOU PROVIDE SUPPORT?
I have a Support Center available to all my customers, where you can find free basic WordPress and Blogger tutorials and your theme instructions. Also, you can request my personal assistance by opening a support ticket or via email, please note that proof of purchase will be required, usually your order number or PayPal email.
Support covers installation and setup issues, theme bugs, problems with features that aren’t working as advertised and as shown in the demo.
Support does not cover general WordPress or Blogger questions, problems with third party plugins, anything WooCommerce related, customizations (colors, fonts, layout, etc.).

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
I only accept PayPal (Wordlwide) and Mercado Pago (Argentina only). You can pay with a credit card or your PayPal balance. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still use your credit card, read this article for more details.
HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Add the products you want to your cart. Once you’re done, proceed to the cart page by clicking on the Cart link at the top right of this website, make sure all the details are ok. Then, click the “Proceed to checkout” button. Complete your billing info, accept the Terms & Conditions and pay your order via PayPal.
HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY FILES?
Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with a link to download your files, this usually takes only a few minutes after the payment was submitted. Additionally, you can download the files in My Account > Downloads.
WHAT’S YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Due to the digital nature of my products, I don’t offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. I strongly recommend that you thoroughly review each theme/template demo and ask any questions prior to purchase, make sure you meet the requirements to use the product.

DO YOUR THEMES WORK ON WORDPRESS.COM?
No, my themes will work on WordPress.org installations (self-hosted) only.
WHY DO I NEED ANOTHER THEME TO USE YOURS?
All my themes are child themes, that means that they need a parent theme to work properly. Genesis is the parent theme, and it will provide all the major functionalities and security updates.
HOW MUCH CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE THEMES?
On my newest themes, you can change the color palette and all the fonts with the customizer. Additionally, you can add or remove widgets from the widgetized areas. If you’re an advanced WordPress user or developer, you’ll be able to edit the style.css and functions.php files as with any other theme.
